Remove Stretch Marks |
Do you have stretch marks and are having trouble getting rid of them? You’re not alone. Having stretch marks is a skin issue that affects many women and some men. The causes include puberty, weight gain, weight loss, corticosteroids, genetics, bodybuilding, etc.
Below are multiple natural products you should try to reduce
stretch marks or make them disappear completely.
1.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is a popular plant for many good health reasons.
The plant helps regenerate skin tissue, thanks to its miraculous healing
properties. Extract the fresh gel inside the leaf and massage the area with
stretch marks and leave it to penetrate the skin for 20-30 minutes. Include the
use in your daily routine. Always use it off your skin with tepid water.
2.
Argan oil
Argan oil which contains a high volume of Vitamin E,
increases the skin’s elasticity. Smear the oil on the stretch marks to heal the
damaged tissues by fading the stretch marks gradually.
3.
Cocoa
Butter
One other home remedy for stretch marks is to massage the
marks with cocoa butter. I’ve personally witnessed them disappear after
pregnancy thanks to cocoa butter. Note that using cocoa butter at night for
stretch marks works wonders. Simply massage the butter into the skin and wait
for some time to witness the stretch marks decrease and fade away.
4.
Cucumber
and Lemon Juice
The juice in lemon provides the skin with an excellent
soothing effect, rendering it fresh. The natural acidity of lemon juice helps
heal and reduce scars, including stretch marks. A mixture of both in equal
quantities is a potent home remedy for any skin with stretch marks. Once mixed,
apply it on the affected areas till your skin soaks it up within about 10
minutes before you wash it off.
5.
Egg white
Egg white comes packed with proteins and amino acids as the
superfood that it is for the skin. Apply egg white to your stretch marks and
see it lighten and tighten your skin to your satisfaction.
6.
Potato
juice
Potatoes are starchy in content and also contain other skin
lighting enzymes. No wonder they are often used to lighten skin dark
spots, circles, and blemishes. When used regularly, the product bleaches the
skin enough to reduce the visibility of stretch marks.
7.
Olive oil
Olive oil has high moisturising properties, including lots of
antioxidants and other extremely good nutrients for repairing damaged skin. In
the same way, applying cold-pressed olive oil on stretch marks is a great way
to have them disappear gradually but surely.
8.
Castor oil
Get castor oil and massage it directly on your stretch marks
for about 15-20 minutes. Massage it in a circular motion and when done, place a
thin cotton cloth on the area to cover it. Then apply some heat with a heating
pad. Do this often within a month and watch your stretch marks fade away.
9.
Black tea
Black tea is rich in high amounts of vitamins and minerals,
including Vitamin B12, that help manage skin pigmentation. The best way to
apply black tea as a natural remedy for stretch marks is to boil some few tablespoons
of black tea and not forget to add some salt. When it cools, apply it to the
marks and keep repeating the process until they disappear.
