I know that you’ve never stopped wondering why too many girls/women are getting pregnant unplanned. The untold truth is that most women don't understand in detail how menstruation and ovulation work. WHY SO? Because the information about the MENSTRUAL CYCLE and OVULATION they read and hear is in a lot of big grammar or biology-class terminologies and phrases. That is too complicated and complex for most women.
Now check
out how I’ve simplified that very language about the menstrual cycle and
ovulation such that every woman can easily read, listen, understand and
implement in their own life:
MENSTRUAL PERIOD: That time blood
flows out of your private area, causing you to use a pad.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE: Those days it
takes for you to see another blood flow in the month. For example, if the last
time you saw your period was on January 11th,2022, and it started
again on February 10th, the next month, then you have a 30day cycle (counting
from January 11 to February 10 is 30 days).
Please note
that it’s wrong to just believe that it’s a 28day cycle because different women
have different cycles between 21 and 35 days.
OVULATION PERIOD: This period also
called the unsafe period describes those specific days that you can very easily
get pregnant. These are 2 weeks after your period stops or 2 weeks before your
next period.
HERE'S A SIMPLIFIED
WAY TO CALCULATE YOUR OVULATION (UNSAFE) PERIOD.
1st.
From the 1st day, you see the blood of your period.
2nd.
Get a calendar (companies distribute calendars free of charge) and count 15
days including the 1st day of the bloodstain.
3rd.
Use a pen to mark the 15th day.
4th.
Also, mark the 3 days before the 15th day, and again mark 3 days after the 15th
day.
6th.
Now you will notice that you have marked 7 days.
NOTE: These 7 days are
your ovulation/fertile days (unsafe period.)
So, if you
have unprotected sex on any of these 7 days, your CHANCES OF GETTING PREGNANT will
be as high as 98%.
7th.
Count, mark and implement this every month diligently.
EVERY OTHER DAY IS
YOUR SAFE PERIOD
For
example:
1. If your
period starts on January 11th, 2022, 15 days after the 1st day of the bloodstain
will be on the 25th of that January (2 weeks after) counting from the 11th.
3. The 15th
day is January 25th, 2022.
4. 3 days
before the 15th day is 22, 23, 24.
5. 3 days
after January 25th, 2022 is 26,27,28.
6. 22-28th January
(7days counted) are the days you are ovulating. That is your fertile period.
#Remember
that the 7 days are a reminder that sperm stays alive in the female body for
about 7 days.
Any sexual
contact in between your ovulation period will most probably lead to your eggs
being fertilized by the incoming sperm and thus, the beginning of your
pregnancy.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN SIGNS
THAT YOUR OVULATION HAS STARTED?
