Find a community: Isolating yourself while dealing with mental issues is not advisable. Find a community of people with similar struggles, family and friends. This provides you with a support system and boosts your social interactions.
Take care of your physical health: Your physical health and mental health are connected, so it is important to take care of your physical health. Doing activities like working out, sleeping well, and eating healthy keep you healthy and make you feel good.
Work: Staying idle or inactive is not good for a person struggling with mental health issues. Setting goals, working towards them and achieving them makes you feel good and productive.
Document your achievements: Writing down your achievements and reading them makes you feel good about yourself. This can go a long way to benefit your mental health.
